Cancellation Policy

There is no penalty if you wake up sick or have an legitimate emergency and need to cancel the day of your appointment, but let us know as soon as possible. We will wave the cancellation fee, but you will be unable to reschedule your massage for 2 weeks after any illness. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for single service massages. A 48 hours notice is required for couples, parties, and corporations. If you need to cancel your appointment, please call the office at 864-310-5773 or 864-208-6326.

If we don’t answer, leave your information on our voicemail. Sorry cancellations made via email are not accepted.

We are more than willing to cancel or reschedule your appointment if you do so within the 24-48 hour time period. Prepaid appointments will be transferred to credit to be used at a later date. Cancellations after the required 24-48 hours will be subject to a $30 fee that will be applied to your next scheduled appointment
